Does Russia Have a Case? [Greg Pollowitz]
I saw this in a rather short AP piece on the Russia/Ukraine gas disruption:
Russia's Gazprom has announced it will resume pumping gas toward Europe once international monitors are in place to check the flow through Ukraine's pipelines.
Who knows who's really telling the truth, but it is possible that certain Ukrainian interests might be skimming gas from the pipeline for its own enrichment.
