Brrrrr! [Chris Horner]
The Weather Channel informs me that today's temperature for Jim Hansen's testimony in the 20515 zip code (U.S. House of Representatives) is 75 degrees F. I don't think opening the windows and turning off the AC will have the same effect this time, gang!
